Our Story
Frontline Aide was founded with a clear purpose: to provide dependable, non-medical in-home care that meets people where they are in life. Whether an older adult needs daily living support to remain at home, someone is recovering from surgery, an individual living with a disability needs consistent daily assistance, or a family caregiver needs a reliable break, we bring compassionate, trained care directly to the families we serve in King and Pierce Counties.
Today, Frontline Aide serves hundreds of families across the region, offering personalized care across seven service categories — including personal care support, companion care, homemaking support, respite care, recovery at home support, disability and independent living support, and memory and cognitive support. Our team of over 200 trained caregivers is carefully matched to each client's needs, personality, and preferences because we believe the right caregiver makes all the difference.
