By accessing or using the Frontline Aide website, requesting care services, applying for employment, or using the caregiver portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Frontline Aide LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Description

Frontline Aide LLC provides professional, non-medical home care services to individuals in King County and Pierce County, Washington State. Our services include in-home care, specialized support care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, respite care, companionship services, and wellness and daily living support programs. All services are provided by trained, licensed, bonded, and insured caregivers. The specific services provided to each client are defined in an individualized care plan developed in consultation with the client, their family, and our care coordination team.

3. Client Services Agreement

Before services begin, clients (or their authorized representatives) must complete and sign a Client Services Agreement that outlines:

• Scope of services to be provided and the individualized care plan
• Service schedule, including days, hours, and caregiver assignments
• Pricing, payment terms, and accepted payment methods
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies
• Client responsibilities and home safety requirements
• Insurance and liability provisions
• Termination conditions and notice periods

4. Caregiver Portal

The Frontline Aide Caregiver Portal is provided to employed caregivers for managing work-related activities, including schedules, timesheets, training modules, and company communications. By using the portal, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Provide accurate information in timesheets and other submissions
• Not share your account access with any unauthorized person
• Report any unauthorized access or security concerns immediately
• Use the portal only for its intended professional purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for any caregiver who violates these terms or for any legitimate business reason, including termination of employment.

5. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the website

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Frontline Aide website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons, and software, is the property of Frontline Aide LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Frontline Aide name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Frontline Aide LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frontline Aide LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Frontline Aide during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontline Aide LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
